We came in with 4 valve stem caps and left with 1. They put the new oil change sticker on the windshield, but didn't bother removing the old one. They stripped the plug on the oil pan and we had to le They put the new oil change sticker on the windshield, but didn't bother removing the old one. They stripped the plug on the oil pan and we had to leave our car till Monday. We asked them to tighten a screw on the rear view mirror and was told we would have to pay a $187 Diagnostic fee to see why the mirror was loose on the windshield. We understand that mistakes happen, but some of this was carelessness or laziness. We paid for the extended warranty which we thought would cover tightening a screw on the rear view mirror. More
