I went in for oil change, 1 tire sensor fixed and asked to them to fix my brake light. After my car was at the shop for an entire day, I paid and got in my car to leave the tire sensor was still alerting. to them to fix my brake light. After my car was at the shop for an entire day, I paid and got in my car to leave the tire sensor was still alerting. So I was told to come back first thing in the morning. I did that. Waited for it to be fixed Only to be told that it had to be 'diagnosed'! So I would have to come back the following day! It was finally resolved the 3rd day of me coming to the shop. I had to loose hours of work, when the issue should have been resolved the first day when I paid for it. I was also charged $200 for them to (diagnose my rear light) just tell me my brake light needed to be replaced. (Which I clearly already knew since I brought it up to them). The estimate for them to replace the lamp was absolutely ridiculous ($1,300). The very next day I got it replaced for drastically less. I feel I was completely taken advantage of. My husband and I have been using Leson since 2002 and I am very disappointed with the way this appointment went. More
