Doug was very helpful and promptly answered my calls/ emails (covid restrictions so most of the transaction was remote). Has the Blazer we wanted to look at out front, ready to test drive, when we arrived. Since most of the negotiations had already taken place through email/calls, we were able to avoid the most annoying part of buying a car! Paper work took some time, as it normally does, and we had to sit in a service bay (again because of Covid), the staff did the best they could. Very pleased with the whole process! More
