I reluctantly chose Lester Glenn to purchase my 2024 Chevy Traverse. As a retired GM employee, I bought upwards of 35 vehicles for my wife and children. When I came to Lester Glenn, I was greeted by Ste Chevy Traverse. As a retired GM employee, I bought upwards of 35 vehicles for my wife and children. When I came to Lester Glenn, I was greeted by Steven Cotter and ordered my Traverse thru him and expressed my concerns that when the vehicle arrives there would not be any upcharges added to the vehicle. He reassured me that there wouldn't be any upcharges and texted me thru the whole build process and delivery. He informed me that the vehicle arrived, I told him I needed a few days to get the money to pay cash. He expressed that the vehicle would be prepped and waiting for pick up. I find that Steve Cotter is an asset to Lester Glenn because of his knowledge and professionalism. I look forward to purchasing future vehicles thru Steve Cotter. More
