That's how I would describe my experience on Friday, September 3, 2021, when I brought my Jeep in to have my tires rotated and balanced (since I had a shimmy when driving over 60 m experience on Friday, September 3, 2021, when I brought my Jeep in to have my tires rotated and balanced (since I had a shimmy when driving over 60 miles an hour) and for an oil change. The minute I drove into the service center I was directed to the Greeter's Desk to speak with my Service Consultant, Anne Marie. It was obvious that I was dealing with professionals. My Jeep was in good hands. Anne Marie kept me informed as to what was going on and the service was completed sooner that I expected, both, of which, are rarities these days. After checking out with Anne Marie, I was directed to my Jeep and drove away. The shimmy was completely gone and my Jeep was running great again.
