Chris Condello was a terrific sales person to work with, he really knows the product and was able to answer every question we had and then some. Salesman were nice and polite. I told them I’d return to buy the car after I spoke to my bank and they talked me into doing some quick paperwork that took over a hour, which was th I told them I’d return to buy the car after I spoke to my bank and they talked me into doing some quick paperwork that took over a hour, which was the bill of sale (fine). They said they would have the car washed and full of gas for when I pick the car up after getting the check from the bank. The day I dropped off the check and picked up the car, the tank was almost on empty. I didn’t notice when I checked the car out, but the steering was wheel was not aligned, which I noticed on my way home. When I asked the salesman, it basically became my issue. Extremely disappointed. If you make such effort to make sure I purchased the car, you should make such effort to ensure this issue is taken care of. The salesman didn’t even mention that only one key came with the car, till after I dropped off the check. Thats also my problem now. So bottom line, make sure everything is right cause once you leave the dealership with the car, it becomes your problem. More
