To my surprise, minutes after I published it Jerry reached out in concern. We explained our situation and what we were going through a few weeks prior due to an over site occurred at the dealer. Some would say innocent human error we've all be guilty of one time or another. Either way, Jerry was genuinely concerned and vowed to make things right. While I remained very pessimistic Jerry would be able to make things right; HE DID! I find myself writing this updated review with great pleasure and optimism going forward with this dealer. Everything Jerry promised he made good on and worked hard to make sure the situation was rectified to the best of his ability. I'd like to thank him and the other staff behind the scenes that pulled put all the stops to listen to us and stay true to their word. I am pleased to say my "nightmare experience" is no more and I can't praise the managment and staff at this location enough. More
