Rob Hall at Lester Glenn Since June 1975 when I saw Jaws the movie and saw the police chief driving a Jeep – I wanted one. Being 2018 now, it was time. My journey to get the J Since June 1975 when I saw Jaws the movie and saw the police chief driving a Jeep – I wanted one. Being 2018 now, it was time. My journey to get the Jeep I have today lasted seven long weeks. I was actively researching (every day online and again at night after the dealerships closed) and then validating every available option for two weeks prior. Simply, I wanted heated seats, remote start in a Jeep WranglerJK Unlimited Altitude edition and most importantly I knew what price I was willing to pay. I started at The Jeep Store since my office is three miles up Hwy. 35. That conversation lasted less than 30 minutes and ended with a real charmer, Kevin the sales manager, showing me how much I didn’t want to do business with him or The Jeep Store. Next was World Jeep, I would say they are more interested in “Are you going to buy today?” then answering my questions so I “could buy today”. I was sharing my frustration with a friend and someone was listening in to the conversation and interjected to said, “If you want to buy a Jeep you have to talk to Rob Hall at Lester Glenn.” Twenty minutes later I found his email on their web site and sent him a message. The next day I got a call from Rob saying to please call him back. A few days went by and I called him to see if the one Altitude Jeep I was searching for was in stock. The minute I spoke to Rob I could tell he was a Jeep guy. He knew everything there was to know about the Jeep. It was easy to see he has been driving a Jeep his whole life and still to this day drives a Wrangler. He told me the Jeep was in-stock and he had the keys in his hand. After ten minutes of going through the options and features – I asked for an “out the door price” and told him I needed a great finance rate for a portion of the price since I have excellent credit. Five minutes after Ed called and within minutes we were done and I was on my way to get my new – life-long-dream Jeep. In the end I should have trusted my instinct and went directly to Lester Glenn Jeep. They treated me like they really wanted me to be “their” customer and showed it by having a guy like Rob Hall on the front line for people like me who want to be Jeep owners. Since getting my Jeep, I have received phone calls from the owner thanking me, the service department welcoming me and a hand-written thank you card from Rob. Nice touch! Over the past two weeks, now a Jeep owner, I have been waking up at 4AM and can’t go back to sleep knowing the Jeep is in my driveway... so I get up and go for a drive. It’s so much fun to drive and living on the Jersey Shore is the perfect place to own one. In closing, don't waste your valuable time at other local dealerships. Great time in the Fiat 500X We had been researching Fiat 500s, so my wife and I made our way to Lester Glenn in Toms River. Once we arrived we were graciously greeted by Steve Regan who asked what we were looking for and what our needs were. We were in no hurry and still sort of researching whether a new car was what we were interested in. Steve was patient and informed, and assisted us in looking into a variety of options and possibilities. We test drove the Fiat 500x Trekking around Toms River and had the opportunity to test the handling and acceleration, which were part of our interest in the vehicle. The options like leather seats, heated steering wheel and seats, etc. were all a surprise. The overall ascetic of the vehicle is very tasteful and comfortable. I think sometimes people want to buy a big car with ideas about leg room that are sort of out of bounds. We're not living in the car, or watching TV; we're driving places, usually quickly. We need a conveyance, not a couch. Steve understood this. Steve had a photo on his phone from his visit to Buckingham Palace last year where he saw several staff vehicles parked outside. They were all Fiats, and we had to chuckle over this. We are psyched about this car, as it's so fun to drive and tool around town in. The navigation system has our home plotted in, so we just get in and go. We highly recommend the Fiat, Steve Regan and Lester Glenn Auto Group. Happy Driving! Mike Brennan More

Took my vehicle in to get serviced because of check engine light and was told The customer service and communications at this dealership ia horrible. Took my vehicle in to get serviced because of check engine light and was told it was fixed only to get it home and it come back on. They had my car on and off for almost 4 months. This last time 3 weeks with no call no update. I had to email them, they do not have a competent individual in the building at dodge. Hindsight is 20/20 should've never brought a car from them the initial transaction was horrible, shouldn't have thought service would be any better. More

I was in desperate need of a car after an accident just before Christmas. Due to financial & personal issues I had a specific payment amount that I could not go over and had other requirements to getting my vehicle. Frank helped me get into my 2013 Nissan Sentra SR with better terms than I had even asked for. He pushed for me to get the deal I needed and did so after I had even left the dealership initially and over the following few days. He was excellent to communicate with and explained everything to me fully. I am beyond over the moon happy with my entire experience with Frank and he has earned a customer for life! More
