We had a great test drive and before leaving Steve said to contact him when we were ready and he was not going to follow up with us since until we were ready. We ended up going down 2 more times before getting ready to make a deal. Every time Steve was easy, no pressure, and spent as much time as needed. Once we were ready to make a deal, again it was very personal and no pressure experience while accommodating all our needs. This car since I leased it from them 6 months ago, I've been having tons of issues with it even though it's a brand new car. Even their sales person that sold me the car went on a test drive with me and heard the squeaking noise and smelled the moldy smell that's coming from the air vents. I even offered to pay another down payment to exchange the car from them, all they had to do is to get me the same car, but of course they totally ignored me and wouldn't even respond to my requests. These people are unbelievable. I will post my review on every single website, warning people to never buy anything from them. More

When I said I can't buy it today but would need to come back in two days the response was the best I have ever had in 26yrs of car purchases: "No problem we are here when you are ready" The outstanding customer experience continued all the way thru driving the car home. I had a technician spend 30 minutes going over the car and syncing my phone and when I had questions after getting the car home, my sales rep was prompt to respond within minutes. This will be the first dealership I will go to in the future for a new car and one that I will recommend highly. More
