We scheduled an appointment for an oil change and were surprised to receive a call from someone in the Toms River office asking us if we would be interested in trading in our car early. We were greeted by Andy who was already expecting our visit. He introduced us to Eric who asked for some information and started the necessary paperwork. Eric was interested in finding the car that WE wanted. He immediately went to work finding the perfect car. We were initially turned down for the vehicle we wanted, a 2014 Ford Fusion SE.....BUT...Anthony (who, by the way, looks just like Zack Galifianakis) went to work for us and sent Eric back with an approval for a 2013 Ford Fusion, FULLY LOADED, leather seats and all! It's actually better than the 2014 Ford Fusion we were originally interested in. We are VERY PLEASED with our purchase. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, to the great staff at Lester Glenn Ford.
