James Pfister was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and walked me through setting up various services on the vehicle as well as the My Buick App. Gregg handled all the financials and I felt very confident that I received a great and fair deal. The lease on my 2018 Terrain was close to end and I was undecided between a Mazda CX-5 and another Terrain. After visiting Lester Glenn Mazda where I was treated like family and getting what I felt was a g undecided between a Mazda CX-5 and another Terrain. After visiting Lester Glenn Mazda where I was treated like family and getting what I felt was a good and fair deal I went to see Tom and Craig about another Terrain. Well they blew my socks off with a deal I just couldn’t turn down. Needless to say I am now driving a 2021 Terrain and am very happy. I had been working with a different dealer but they sold the car out from under me. I drove to Lester Glenn, and shockingly, walked out within hours with my new GMC Acadia.
