The Lester Glenn Hyundai Dealership is like no other dealership I have ever encountered. From the initial call to the dealership, our experience was excellent. We had called multiple dealerships in New dealership I have ever encountered. From the initial call to the dealership, our experience was excellent. We had called multiple dealerships in New Jersey, trying to find one with a Hyundai Tucson Hybrid available for a test drive. All of the other dealerships we dealt with did not have the Hybrid available to test drive and were very aggressive and pushy on the phone and tried to convince us to not wait for a Hybrid. When we called Lester Glenn Hyundai, we dealt with Edward who was very helpful and courteous and set us up with an appointment to come in that morning and test drive the Tucson Hyrbid. At the dealership, we were helped by Sarah Walsh who is an amazing sales person. She was kind, professional and immediately got us the Hybrid Tucson to test drive. We also spoke to Frank who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as well. Not once were we pressured and there was not the typical aggressiveness that I have witnessed at all the other dealerships we had dealt with prior to calling Lester Glenn Hyundai. If you are looking to buy or lease a Hyundai, I highly recommend Lester Glenn Hyundai and especially Sarah Walsh. This dealership is VERY quick to take your money, but very delayed when it comes to responding to messages or phone calls. This dealership has zero customer service and zero customer appreciation on top of it all, after spending $46,000 on my vehicle, I get a stupid postcard saying thank you in the mail. Usually when you buy a new car car dealerships give you some type of a gift or some type of a token of appreciation, that was not the case here. Honestly, if I could leave zero stars I would, I feel like I was finessed out of my money, and there is no one ever available to speak. I have a brand new car, with expired temp tags, thanks to the dealership, dragging their feet. I now live in Florida, and I have expired New Jersey license plates on my car, That is brand new. This does not make any sense. then when I tell the dealership about all of my issues and concerns, I am told they don’t understand why I’m mad. Buyer beware! I’m pretty sure Mr. Lester Glenn never anticipated is dealership to be like this. More
