We brought Santa Fe few months back. I had written a review about my experience. The manager on duty that night was a bull crapper. Someone called me, tried to smooth things over. As a small business owner I know the fear of negative review. So I reconsidered and changed my review. Even putting the blame on myself. What an idiot I was. Today 9/28/22. My wife Judy had an appointment for oil change, and to look into why the engine light came on. She goes there today. Waited in a line of cars to get in. For ONE HOUR. When it was her turn, get this, she was told "you're not in our system". You gotta love it. Now when we brought the car, the manager on duty that night promised us we would get a loaner car when we brought our car in for service etc. Bull crap. Out and out lied. When my wife call to make this appointment she asked for a loaner. No we don't have one she was told. She asked, what about a shuttle. She was told, you're to far out of the area. LOL. Check this out. We weren't to far out of the area to purchase the car. Right? So Lester Glenn. You once again proved why I shouldn't have changed my first review of our experience of purchasing our vehicle. I haven't and I would not recommend Lester Glenn Hyundai to a gold fish. You are bull crappers. Horrible. My name is Richard Maranitz. My cell is 732-779-3125. This way you don't have to wonder who this is. And you won't need to waste time looking in the computer.
