Karen hooked me up with a test drive, followed by a short friendly price negotiation that sweetened a good deal into a great deal. She continued to streamline the signatures and paperwork into an easy and efficient process. Finally with help from finance mgr, Darren Applegate, I was driving off the lot in my new car in record time... under 3 hours from start to finish is a record for me.
