I have bought a number of cars from Frank over the last several years for myself, wife, sister's and friends that I have bought in to Lester Glenn and specifically to Frank. He makes you feel at home and part of the family. He listens and understands your needs and special request. Extremely helpful and knows just what you want and need to be a happy customer. While I am sure there are other sales associates that are just as good with their clients, I never deal with anyone but Frank and will continue to do so. There are others such as the service dept. and parts dept. finance and admits that also make you feel as family. Did I also mention that I live 50 miles away and not only do I buy my cars from Frank and Lester Glenn Hyundai but I get all my service done there too. I look forward to being able to upgrade to the Genesis G80 Sport Turbo in the near future. Been a Hyundai fan since my first Sonata Turbo in 2011. Thank you. SJR More
