Very UNHAPPY. So i originailly bought a 2013 hyundai sonata fully loaded which i loved. The car blew up on my way home. Tomsriver to barnegat toll plaza n it turns off at 75mph so i pull over to find a oil trail n a big puddle under it of very very dark oil.def didnt get changed before getting put back on lot. This is where my real problem urises. They have a loaner for me like they should. Next day after work i go back where they have another hyundai sonata 2.0t just not fully loaded. I was skepticle of it but matt siderio tells me to take car n drive it. Short story short they give me a platinum warranty n i sign for the car with the agreement with matt that they Will fix brakes to feel like a new car like i asked. They told me from the getgo the car had cut rotors from when it came in. I drop it off n go get it s day later to be tokd they cut the rotors again. After nearly fighting with them over it for a month they finally agree to replace two front rotors? Million dollar parts accounts n i sign my name to over 20,000 dollars n they cant take care of thr agreement after a month of arguing n telling there service guys this isnt what i agreed to. So i will now be picking my car up today with rotors replaced in the front n they left the back. Save urself a headache n dont deal with them. Between me n my sister we have bought 4 cars in the past 5 years. Very unhappy with my service this time around.. To the guys who had to deal with this situation i feel bad for besides sales. Service has a protocol they have to abide by. I will never buy a vehicke from lester glenn again. They could have easily made me happy n kept my business over a couple hundred bucks n a giant headache. More

Jonathan Hall was very eager to help as much as possible. I was a little upset to have a problem with a brand-new car - the engine temperature sensor needed to be replaced ... this took forever and my rating was based on this fact. It is all fine now and I really love my new car. Again the customer service extended to me by both Jimmy Connell and Jonathan Hall was excellent. . More

At that moment I was put at ease and the thought of haggling with a salesperson left my mind. We made arrangements to come back when the weather was better and again there was no pressure from Frank. He answered my questions and was very helpful to me. Needless to say the paperwork process went smoothly Thanks to both Frank and Brian and in three days from the time I went looking for a car, I was in my 2012 Hyundai Tucson. Frank is wonderful, responsive to questions and extremely knowledgable and helpful. If you want the best car buying experience you ever had, Frank is the person you want. More
