JP is possibly the nicest salesman I have ever had the pleasure to work with and he was able to move this process faster than I have ever seen. He knew exactly what they had available and outlined my options very well. He took care of all of the details very quickly and efficiently. He certainly made me feel like he was my ally in the process. I dealt with Dave for financing and warranty discussions and I also have to say he was excellent. Their family has been through a lot with the recent loss of their father on Halloween and they were apprehensive about their first car dealership experience. J.P. DaSilva stepped up to the challenge and because of his professionalism, understanding and ease to deal with, my husband and I also decided to really put him to the test and we also traded our cars in for new deals. In all, J.P. handled a massive deal of 3 car sales and 1 lease for a total of 4 deals with amazing professionalism and a smile. The entire team was awesome but I absolutely recommend J.P. to deal with. He worked the numbers and we left with a "fleet". Wouldn't change a thing!!!! More

For some back story, my family and extended family have purchased roughly ~20 cars from the Lester Glenn family of dealerships throughout the years. Obviously there is a reason we keep coming back. My latest experience was working with a terrific salesman, J.P. DaSilva. J.P. made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire car buying experience. We hit some roadblocks trying to find the exact specifications of the car I wanted. After walking out of a local dealer, I just happened to stop by the Hyundai Dealer and was directed to Frank. He was patient, informed, and kind.
