Heather McCrumb our Sales Rep. was very pleasant and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. She was able to provide our daughter with a car that met all of her requirements. The entire experience was positive and pain free with zero pressure. Heather went over the vehicle from top to bottom with our daughter, explaining all of the features and even linking her cell phone to the car's "hands free" system. Thanks also to Sales Manager Frank Simeone who was able to price the vehicle so that monthly financing fell within our daughter's budget. Sam Casiano in the Finance Dept. was also very pleasant and informative, as our daughter signed all of the necessary paperwork. In closing,thanks to Heather, Frank, and Sam.
