Compliment for Sales Consultant JP DaSilva I started working with Mr. DaSilva several months ago regarding my desire to purchase either a 2014 or 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate SUV. I I started working with Mr. DaSilva several months ago regarding my desire to purchase either a 2014 or 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate SUV. I visited with Mr. DaSilva several times during the intervening time to get updates on availability of my desired vehicle and more specifically the anticipated arrival date of the 2015 models. Mr. DaSilva was always the consummate professional. Today I stopped by for the latest update on the arrival dates for the 2015 models. The bottom line is that I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited Ultimate SUV essentially equipped as I had specified. Mr. DaSilva and "Scott (Sorry I did not catch his last name but I think it is McLlvaine.) were very professional and helpful. I purchased my previous seven automobiles from CarMax because I hate to negotiate with the typical auto dealership and their "overbearing" sales approach. I told Mr. DaSilva on my first visit that I did not want to deal with the typical auto dealership approach and he indicated that I would be pleased with the Lester Glenn Dealership approach and with his service! I want to enthustically state that I was very pleased with the Lester Glenn approach and Mr. DaSilva far exceeded my expectations!
