Later, she helped show us our best deal and I bought a brand new Black 2014 equally equipped for only a small difference per month thanks to rebates and other deals going on. She has the best personality of anyone I have encountered in the car business. She is warm, respectful and to the point. She acts more like a friend than a salesperson. As a seniors we like that. She did not give me the "pat on the head" treatment as some salespeople have a tendency to do to seniors. The other day I was ready for a updated Elantra and would not get it from anyone but Heather. She greeted me as if I was a friend she had not seen in awhile, She was with another customer but took the time to say hello. I talked with her, ask her advice and I have my 2014 Elantra. (Great car by the way). She let me know up front that the prices were higher than 3 years ago, showed me cars she thought would interest me, told me about what the options were and how to operate them. We had a 2011 Accent Hatchback on which we had a loan balance. We received an email promoting a cash or trade-in credit for our used car. We decided to check out the offer to see if the amount we were balance. We received an email promoting a cash or trade-in credit for our used car. We decided to check out the offer to see if the amount we were offered would be enough to make it advantageous for us to consider leasing a new car. We did not want to have any cash outlay and needed to keep our monthly payment the same as we were paying on the Accent. At first, the figures that were presented were too high to make it worthwhile for us to lease a new vehicle. However, our Sales Rep, Frank Acquaviva, didn't give up on trying to get us the deal we needed. We didn't think it would happen but the Sales Manager, Scott Mcllvaine, was able to give us a deal that made us very happy. We were limited with time because we had to get home by 4 P.M. but the Finance Manager, Al Machado and Frank prepared all the paperwork and got us out in record time. We left Lester Glenn with a beautiful new Elantra and a feeling that they listened to what we needed.. More
