Just bought a new Sonata. This car is the second one I've purchased brand new from Lester Glenn. Excellent experience in dealing with the entire staff, especially Bob Reyes & Gabe Velez. Mr. Reyes scoured two different lots to find the vehicle I wanted and worked closely with Mr. Velez to ensure it fit my budget. The service department at Lester Glenn is the reason I keep coming back though. Top notch mechanics and service advisers. Never had a problem that was not fixed on the first visit. My earliest Hyundai was purchased elsewhere but always serviced at LG. When I decided to trade the original car in, I went to LG and found a friendly sales staff and smooth transaction. On this latest purchase, I received VIP treatment from Brian Showers and he got Bob Reyes to work on finding my new car. Nice job by all involved. I'll be back in a few years for the next one. After the extremely positive experience I have had with Frank, I doubt I will ever visit a different dealership. The specific car that I wanted wasn't on their lot, but he had no problems searching to acquire it. Since it was my first time buying a new car, I had a million questions. Frank answered all and more, taking his time to explain every detail knowledgeably and with patience. The best way to sum up my experience is to say that I walked in dreading the process and left feeling happy and at ease about my decision.
