I drove an hour to reach this dealership because they had a large inventory of Santa Fes and the trip was well worth it. I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai looking to buy a new car. I was anxious about dealing with a salesman due to in the past salesman at other car dealers have been pretty rude and non caring. I told him what I was looking at the Accent GLS in Mocha Bronze. Frank did everything in his power to locate this with a premium package as I wanted. He finally found one up in N.Y. State. I was very happy. The next day I went to pick up my car, Frank first sat down with me and went over everything in my quick manuel. He also set up my blue tooth and went over everything instument in the car. I am very impressed with him and everyone associated with Lester Glenn. The warmth and friendliness is felt as soon as you walk in. I would highly recommend them. More

After purchasing a car at Lester Glenn Chrysler, the SAME DAY, we proceeded to the Lester Glenn Hyundai dealer on recommendation from Chrysler, as we wanted to consider trading our 2011 Elantra for a new Ela DAY, we proceeded to the Lester Glenn Hyundai dealer on recommendation from Chrysler, as we wanted to consider trading our 2011 Elantra for a new Elantra. We met with Heather MCCrum, who we found to be extremely customer oriented, service minded, and hard working. She spent the late afternoon with us, working the deal to our satisfaction. In fact, she stayed deligent to the deal, working well beyond the showroom closing time of 6pm on a Saturday. In addition, once we finalized the car we wanted, it was not on the local lot. Despite the time of evening on a saturday, and despite the chilly rainfall, she went to the offsite lot, moved cars around to get to the one we wished to purchase. This was well beyond the call of duty. She genuinely wished to see us leave a satisfied customer that evening despite the time, and weather conditions. Finally, at 8pm, the final customer in the showroom on a rainy saturday, we departed--with the second new car of the day, and with the second great Lester Glenn experience of the day!
