Dropped by to check out a couple of cars that interested us and we were met almost immediately by Devon, who was friendly and helpful without being at all pushy. We drove several cars that had received favorable reviews from Consumer Reports - Hyundai Tuscon, Toyota Venza and Chevrolet Spark and Sonic. Devon was quick, knowledgable and unflaggingly cheerful, as were all the people we dealt with throughout the process. When we decided to buy, we didn't hear the usual "This deal is only valid if you sign today (or this week or this month, or whatever)" baloney. The process of buying a vehicle is, admittedly, time consuming, but the people we dealt with, including the finance manager, dealership manager and the service person who evaluated our trade-in really made us feel comfortable. We had just come from another dealership (NOT Hyundai or Chevrolet) where we just felt frustrated at every turn. More
