I went to Lester Glenn because they had such a large stock of vehicles on hand. I fully expected to get the run around as you do from so many dealerships. I was VERY pleased with the no nonsense appro stock of vehicles on hand. I fully expected to get the run around as you do from so many dealerships. I was VERY pleased with the no nonsense approach they took with the sale. I told Mike B exactly what I wanted and he found the car I requested. The price negotiation went very quickly, as I knew what I was willing to pay and still allow the dealership to make money and at the same time get a good deal. Frank S, the sales manager and Brian P, the finance manager each were professional and didn't try to play any games prior to signing. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. I live in the Freehold area and after talking with that local dealership(who treat you like they don't really want your business), I decided to go with Lester Glenn. I couldn't have been any happier with my experience at Lester Glenn, as they made an often difficult purchase, just the opposite, easy and stress-free. More

I was looking for a specific vehicle that was advertised on the Lester Glenn website, when I went into the dealership to inquire about the vehicle I was informed that it was not in the dealership yet. Immed on the Lester Glenn website, when I went into the dealership to inquire about the vehicle I was informed that it was not in the dealership yet. Immediately, Mike went to Ron to informed him what I wanted and Ron went and checked the progress on it and informed me it was still on the boat and would be arriving in the dealership within a few weeks, he took my name and phone number and promised me as soon as it arrived that he would call me and I was the first person with the option to purchase it. I called frequently to get the progress and Ron was nice enough to send me a copy of the shipping progress. I had specifically asked that the front license plate braket not be installed because I was registering the vehicle in PA and did not need or want it installed, Ron informed me he would call the prep area and informed them to keep an eye out for the vehicle and relay my request, he could not guarentee this as the prep was done in a different area but said he do his best to meet my needs. I also requested that the dealer add ons not be installed and again was promised he would make sure that was taken care of. Once the vehicle was on the ground, but still had not been released to the dealership I had informed Ron that I wanted the vehicle and that I was going out of town and offered to give a downpayment to hold the vehicle until I got back. He informed me that the dealership did not take downpayments but again promised that the vehicle was mine and he would hold it until I returned from vacation. Sure enough the vehicle arrived while I was away, and as promised Mike called me to inform me the vehicle arrived, I informed him I wanted it but was in Arizona and would not be returning until 5/8/12, but that I would be there on that Tuesday to pick it up, and was informed me it would be there waiting for me when I got home, again I informed Mike about the license plate braket and the dealer add ons and he informed me he hadn't seen the vehicle yet as it was delivered to a seperate lot but he would make sure my requests were met. When I finally arrived to pick up my new Hyundai Veloster it was exactly how I requested. Ron came and spoke to me within minutes of my arrival and even got me a cup of coffee while I was doing the paperwork with the Mike. After Mike got done with his part of the paperwork, I dealt with Brian in the finance department to do the final paperwork and pay for my new vehicle. With all the paperwork done, Mike and I went and checked out all the features on the car and he went over the vehicle with me, he assisted me in installing the blue tooth feature for my phone and answered all the questions I had regarding the features in the vehicle, he even sent me a text message the next day to see how I liked my new car. I can not give enough praise as to the level of courteous and professional people that work at Lester Glenn Hyundai. It was one of the best experience I have every had. I would recommend this dealship to anyone who is in the Market for a vehicle. More
