I called on a Good friend to see if he could help me make a purchase on a new GMC Terrain. Even though he works in the Hyuandai section of the business he immediately made contact with the GMC store and had a purchase on a new GMC Terrain. On Apr.17th I leased my 3rd car from Lester Glenn a 2012 Genesis that is fully loaded. I absoloutely love it and it is my second Genesis in 3 yrs. I found Mr Fowler extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. He impressed me with his knowledge of his products and his willingness to go out of his way to find what we were looking for and not push what with. In our search we had gone to 3 dealers prior to this and all did not have what we wanted and tried pushing what they had available, not spending more then a short time looking for our request. Mr Fowler spent over two hours running around to different lots and then went to another dealership to get what we we were looking for and then when Ishowed him. The quote I received for a " close to what we wanted" he matched it. I would recommend Lester Glenn and especially Sam Fowler to anyone looking for a new car. More
I orinally spoke with Chris on the phone. He was very helpful. He gave me a price for the car that I was interested in. I went to the dealership and met with Sam and Ron. There was a issue with the car I helpful. He gave me a price for the car that I was interested in. I went to the dealership and met with Sam and Ron. There was a issue with the car I was getting. I wanted a automatic and the car was a manual transmission. They searched the lot and found the automatic. That car had a premium package. I was not getting the premium package on the car that I agreed to purchase. With the premium package and automatic transmiision the car was going to be about $3000 more. Ron came to me and told me that they would honor the original lower price that they had quoted me.There was no hassel or negotiating. Sam and Ron were great and a pleasure to deal with. Mike in the finance office was also very nice and I felt no pressure to purchase any extended warranties. My overall experience with Lester Glenn was great. I would definately recommend anyone to buy a car from them. More
