WHAT YOU RECEIVE IS "HAPPY TALK & LIP SERVICE" THE AUTO BODY SHOP IS "TERRIBLE", MY VEHICLE WENT IN THERE AND CAME OUT WITH MORE DAMAGE!!!! WHEN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS AN ISSUE WITH A CUSTOMER, THIS ISSUE SHOULD HAVE WENT TO "UPPER MANAGEMENT", BUT IT DID NOT, I HAD TO CONTACT HYUNDAI DIRECTLY TO GET MY ISSUES HANDLED "CORRECTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY". THIS IS STILLL ON GOING, BUT IT IS BEING HANDLED THROUGH THE "LEGAL PROCESS", BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP, SHADY DEALINGS, IN THE TOMS RIVER LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the 2nd car I've gotten from Lester Glenn Hyundai in Toms River and it certainly won't be the last. Last year, I purchased a 2011 Sonata Turbo and had an excellent sales experience. So last month, wh in Toms River and it certainly won't be the last. Last year, I purchased a 2011 Sonata Turbo and had an excellent sales experience. So last month, when that car was totaled in an accident, I immediately knew I'd be going back to LG for another Sonata. I submitted a quote request on their website and was contacted by Stacy Myers, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. She gave me a very fair and respectable quote via email and said whenever I was ready to come in, they would honor that quote. My wife and I took a ride to LG yesterday evening (3/9) and were greeted by Vincent Lorenzo. I explained to him my situation with the accident and told him I just wanted to check out the color of the car I was thinking about and take it for a test drive, as I was looking to move from an SE up to a Limited. The car I was interested in wasn't on the main lot, but Vince did a great job finding another car on the lot in the same color with the same options for me to check out. I hadn't planned on signing anything last night, because the whole insurance settlement isn't finalized with Hyundai yet, but Vince saw that I liked the car and was happy with it and he was determined to get me into my new car last night. He and the finance team at LG worked with Hyundai and explained the situation. There was very little need for negotiation. He came back to me with a fair price, I told him where I was comfortable at and Vince and the team there bent over backwards to make that happen. They were also able to get me a fantastic deal on the protection packages for my new car. Vince and the rest of the team at Lester Glenn Hyundai-Toms River really care about their customers, especially returning customers. I was EXTREMELY pleased with my experience there last night and will be looking in the not-so-distant future to doing business with them again. More
We went in knowning what car we wanted to purchase and the whole car buying process was great at Lester Glenn. He also explained all of the details of the purchase as well as all of the options present in the Elantra I bought (and even synched my phone with the car's bluetooth). On 3/3/12, My wife and I went to Lester Glenn Hyundai hoping to get our first new car as a married couple. We were welcomed immediately by John Morris and his assistance in chosing the right car fom our hoping to get our first new car as a married couple. We were welcomed immediately by John Morris and his assistance in chosing the right car fom our family was invaluable. We have two young children under the age of 3 and were looking for a safe, reliable care which was comfortable for our family but affordable for our means. Throughout the process John was confident he would get us a great deal and by the time we left, we would be driving off in our new car. For the few hours it took to work out the numbers and options, my family was treated warmly by everyone there and the extra attention paid to my 3 month old daughter was especially appreciated. When the dealership closed, as promised, we drove off in our new Sonata ready to enjoy this beautiful new car. On the following monday Mike from finance called to assure us our deal was finalized and everything was as promised, my hopes had been answered and my family now has a new vehicle which we will keep for a long long time. More

My experience was wonderful. I initally started out by talking to Ron Garguilo the Sales Manager on the phone. He was very professionally and worked out a deal with me over the phone knowing I did not wa talking to Ron Garguilo the Sales Manager on the phone. He was very professionally and worked out a deal with me over the phone knowing I did not want to drive 40 minutes down to the dealership and sit and negotiate. When I did arrive John Morris was there to greet me and gave me the same courteous that Ron did. They had the car ready for me to drive and it wasn't too long after that I was signing the paperwork of my new vehicle. It was a wonderful experience back in 2003 when I purchased my first Hyundai and even better experience 9 years later when I purchased my Sonata 2012. My 79 year old mother felt like getting a new car. She had noticed the Hyundai Sonata. So we went to take a look. My father had recently passed so I accompanied my mother. Throw out all preconcieved notions of the "typical" car dealership/salesman. Our Salesman, Frank Acquaviva and his manager, Ron Garguilo treated my mom like she was royalty. Not only were they patient and responded to all questions/concerns, but they where good to their word when it came to pricing and the trade in. Not only that but while we were waiting for the final paperwork, the finance person found a slightly better rate and passed it on to us. It was only like 3 dollars a month cheaper, but the point is they took the time to try and then gave us whatever they could Professional, courteous, concerned and HONEST. My mother loves her new car and Frank and Ron were a pleasure to do business with. Thanks Guys, Doug Smith More
