My experience at Lester Glenn was phenomenal. I was greeted at the reception desk by Michelle Morano. She quickly found some one to help me. Gabe Velez and John Perillo Jr. were beyond fantastic. They helped me get the car I wanted in spite of some past credit issues. They were polite, friendly, diligent, honest and all around outstanding. They are truly all-stars and anyone would be fortunate to have them on their side during a car buying experience. Brian Pataky effortlessly guided me through the finance paperwork. He was able to quickly explain every document in plain English so I could easily understand them. Lastly, I have to give a special thank you to Sam Fowler. When we sat down to make our deal, we commandeered Sam's desk. He was beyond gracious and on several occasions asked if he could get me anything to drink or do anything to make me more comfortable. This extra effort by a salesman who had nothing to gain is a sterling example of what a wonderful team Lester Glenn Hyundai has assembled. I was way beyond satisfied with the outstanding service I received from this dealer. He went above and beyond what any car salesman in his right mind would do to make me happy. They took my old car and gave me a great price for it. They then put me behind the wheel of a beautiful new car for virtually nothing. Everything I asked for was no problem. This salesman personally came to my house twice on the night I purchased the vehicle: once for me to fill out a credit app. and once again for me to sign the deal. By the time the salesman left my house the second time it was midnight. He truly exhibited the mose extreme care for his customer as he possibly could have. When we arrived the showroom was very busy. My brother Tom Russoniello was with me and saw his Salesman, "Frank". I went outside to look around at the cars and Bob Reyes happened to be in the area. To be precise, I took out my mailer, pointed to the $189.00 per month lease on the 2012 Sonata, and said I would like to see THIS car and asked what the features were. To make a long story short, Bob took me to my car, showed me the inside and out, asked if I wanted to take it for a drive. I drove my Sonata out the dealership, along Rte 37 and returned. I went inside to get my girlfriend to have her see the Sonata since she was going to be the one to drive it. While she looked, I sat down with Bob and my brother. My brother is the math guy, anyway, Bob worked up the figures, I wanted the car, but with 15,000 miles and was told that for the $189. this was not part of the package, but could buy the added mileage. We said ok. The F and I gentleman came out to speak to me. I said I had what I wanted in the car, he left and said he could be back in about ten minutes. Bob prepared "a lot of paper work", finally went to the F and I's office, signed a "lot of paper work". This was the only experience that was negative, the time for all the paperwork to be finalized. I went back to Bob's desk, we went outside to get into the car, Bob was very patient in showing me the various bells and whistles in the Sonata and I finally went home. Like I said, the only thing I didn't care for was the waiting for the paperwork to be completed. Bob Reyes was a gentleman throughout the whole time. Obviously I wish I didn't have to spend as much as I did, but the $189. is very managable. I would recommend Lester Glenn as a place to purchase a car. More
I did my research before I went to your dealer and I knew exactly what I wanted to pay for the Hyndai Sonata. I first dealt with Ron Garguilo on the phone and he was extremely pleasant and very straight-for exactly what I wanted to pay for the Hyndai Sonata. I first dealt with Ron Garguilo on the phone and he was extremely pleasant and very straight-forward with the "out the door" price. We agreed on a price and my wife and I went to the dealership that night to buy the car. When we got there, we were greeted by Jimmy Connell who immediately showed us the car and sat us down to complete the deal. He was one of the nicest, most knowledgeable and straight-forward salesman we have ever dealt with. There were absolutely no surprises with respect to the price of the car. Everything was exactly as agreed upon and the car was prepped and ready for us. Jimmy spent a good amount of time showing us all of the features of the car. I would recommend Jimmy and Ron and the Lester Glenn dealership to anyone who is in the market for a Hyundai. It was a very pleasant experience! More
