I was recommended by a friend to Lester Glenn in Toms River and I am glad I took the 90 minute drive down to purchase my brand new 2012 Allure Hyundai Elantra. I went there for the $5000.00 over book trade and when I was done I did not get any incentives that were told I qualified for. I was lied to and could not do a Thing about it because by time I realized what was done I did not get any incentives that were told I qualified for. She promised me that she would call me in a day or teo. She never called and I lost my $5000.00 trade in incentive. More

We dealt with Mark Morano and Frank Simeone. Mark was extremely helpful in many ways. He thoroughly answered all our questions about the Hyundi Santa Fe. He was patient, knowledgable and professional. Mark took us for a tour throughout the Dealership. We immedialty felt comfortable and at ease when dealing with Mark. Our car was not easily availabe to get. Frank Simeone spent hours attempting to locate and secure the Hyundai that we wanted. After hours of searching they located and secured the exact car with all the features and colors we wanted. Having pizza for lunch at the dealership was a pleasant suprise. I contacted them over the phone and quoted prie from another Hyundai dealer. They beat the price and stuck to their deal. I found the sales manager to be quite honest and broke everything down. Upon my rrivl to the store two days later the salesman waited on me hand and foot until the sales manager who quoted me the price via telephone was available. The both of them workd closely with me. There was no going back and forth lowering the price each time. Please realize that eeryone claims they got a "great" price. No one gets a great price...you get a negotiated price that you can live with. At Lester Glen, I recieved a price that I can live with. At Brad Benson Hyundai they played games and pron off a salesman as the manager. Thye were very unprofessional whereas Lester Glen were polite, no high pressure, down to earth and went out of their way to mek things work. More
