I had a delightful experience purchasing a new Sonata from Lester Glenn. They worked with me until I was happy with my purchase. I was amazed how they suggested a specific model of the Sonata based on my driving preferences. I test drove several other models which I thought I would like and ultimately loved the exact model they suggest in the first place. I was pleased the way you can test drive the car on your own so you really get a feel for the car rather than the traditional one lap around the block type of test drive. It was nice to know my sales person (Sarah Walsh) had been there for 11 years. Not a fly by night operation. Hopefully, she be there when I return in 48 months to lease again. I had been at a few other dealerships prior to this one and did not have the same feel or experience I had at Lester Glenn. I left delighted in my new 2012 Sonata Sport model. It fits me perfectly. She listened to our needs and hooked us up with the ideal vehicle (which was a much better fit for us than our original choice.) Once we made the decision to buy, the car was prepped, gassed up and ready to go. I expected to spend forever at the dealership, but the Lester Glenn team was very efficient and processed the paperwork quickly. As we were about to leave with our new 2012 Elantra Touring, Heather caught a huge mistake on the documentation sent over from our car insurance company. I didn't know what I was looking at, but the insurance company forgot to add collision to our policy! Heather called the insurance company and got it all sorted out. Not only was Jerry a helpful and smart salesman he was extremely friendly and professional. Considering we didn't even stop to buy a car, but to get the free food and music he ended up helping us more the extremely friendly and professional. Although living near Trenton I traveled an hour to Tom's River to look at Hyundai Sonatas because Lester Glenn had a much better rating than my local dealers (Davis, Brad Benson). They had a lot of inventory and the sales person I dealt with - Shawn Flynn - was quite happy to indulge my fussiness about color and features and let me test drive both the Sonata Ltd 2.4 and Sonata Ltd 2.0 Turbo without me feeling pressed for time. Although it was not my intention to buy that day, I had a good experience with the dealer and decided to buy the car that afternoon. They were always friendly, relatively efficient, and at no point did I feel that they were attempting to scam me. Even the finance guy (Sherif) was quite friendly and not at all pushy. My experience was consistent with the high score they get on this site, so I'm rating them accordingly. More

My experience with buying a new Sonata was awesome. It was the least amount of time I have spent buying a car. Heather was great.
