Dear Sir or Mam, I received your unsatisfactory review on dealer rater and if I were you would be just as upset. What is very confusing to me is why our sales manager would do this. We sell inbound cars everyday at all of our LG locations. At this time we have over 20 at our Toms River location alone. What store did you visit, Manahawkin or Toms River? Can you please give me your last name so I can look up notes in our system? I also would like to know what manager it was you talked to so we can make sure they know our process so this does not happen again in the future. The great news is you did end up with a great product. I would like to offer you a few free oil changes so you can experience how LG really operates and to show that LG does truly care.
