I purchased a new Hyundai Veracruz. I had serious problems with the vehicle starting when I was finished and about to leave the lot, the car would not start, dead battery and this was after I had tes problems with the vehicle starting when I was finished and about to leave the lot, the car would not start, dead battery and this was after I had test driven it and they had detailed it. The mechanic checked it after it was jump started and said battery was OK. Left made one stioop and car would not start. I got it jumped and returned to dealer. End reselt they gave me a different auto to replace the one I said I would not take. They bent over backwards to please me. Lester Glen went beyond what I thought anyone would do. The Salesman Frank Acquaviva did an oustanding job and he deserves all the credit for resolving my problems. I would recommend Lester Glen to anyone. More

I previously owned an Elentra and was thinking about a trade in and when I went for my free oil change I was looking around at the new Elentras and the Accents. Sam Fowler was my salesman and he was excel trade in and when I went for my free oil change I was looking around at the new Elentras and the Accents. Sam Fowler was my salesman and he was excellent and very patient with me - I test drove both the Elentra and the Accent and was happy with both but went with the Accent. On Friday, 8/6/11, my wife and I were in Toms River (we live in Monroe)and being a Hyundai owner,we decided to stop in to Lester Glenn Hyundai just to "look". We were immediately greeted by the receptionist, told her what we were interested in and were given over to Gabe Valez. I told him just what I wanted as to model, color and accessories. Fortunately, the car was on the lot still wrapped in its protective shipping coverings. Gabe could not have been any more professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He let me go for a test drive and I knew that this was the car for me. He thoroughly explained every feature of the car and how to use them and even set up the Blue Tooth feature for me. The sale was finalized without any hassles or hard-sell tactics. I must say that of all of my new car purchases, the Lester Glenn and Gabe Valez was truly the best. Increased sticker price by adding options that were not standard to the car and passing cost on to customer unknowingly. Cargo mats, floor mats and door edging were added on to the MSRP. Manager asked us what we would be putting down before he would give us a financing percentage. Our experience was a typical "car sales" experience for an uneducated consumer.Every car we looked at had options added to the price after MSRP customers dont have to have theses options.
