I am sincerely sorry you had a bad experience at Lester Glenn. I am glad to hear you were happy with the salesman but apologize that our sales managers attitude came over as arrogant. I have already called all our managers together and told them just because we are short on inventory do to the demand on Hyundai's, there is no excuses or reasons to pressure a customer but to just let them know with the lack of inventory we have there is a chance it may be gone with in a few days. I apologize again and hope you believe this is not the way we operate and our staff is just a little frustrated at this time with our inventory issues and they were concerned that while you thought about it that it would be sold. With that said I do agree with you and believe that that message could be said with out being condescending or arrogance. You have my word that I made that clear to our staff. Thank you for the chance to earn your business and if you are still in the market would love for you to call me direct to show you how easy buying a car from us can be, and great news is inventory is starting to flow in again.
