Excellent experience for us to buy a new car. Minimal pressure from the Bob and Ron, even though to deal with us was very difficult. Minimal amount of counter offers and time spent in the showroom. I recently leased a Sonata Limited Turbo. This was the first time I leased a Hyundai from Lester Glenn. My daughter leased a Tucson and then bought an Elantra from Lester Glenn so I am very familiar with first time I leased a Hyundai from Lester Glenn. My salesman, Casey Gelnaw, was professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Thanks to Justin Friedland for taking his time to help with test drives. Also thanks to both Jay Greeberg and Adam Kraushaar for working the numbers that made it difficult for me to say 'no'. Finally, thanks to Dave Shinn in finance for his professionalism is completing the transaction. I've had my Sonata one week and so far I can't think of anything about it I don't like. More

However, I was quite surprised when I entered the Lester Glenn dealership in Toms River, NJ. It was thoughtfully designed and friendly. The salespeople I dealt with were straightforward and didn't play the usual games of adding on hidden fees and charges. They gave me a price and kept their word. There are several dealers closer to where I live. The less said about them, the better. I highly recommend this dealer and the sales persons I dealt with, Heather McCrum and Ron Gargiulo. My husband and I went to the Lester Glenn Hyandai dealership today to get some information on the Sonata. Our salesmen, Will Doheny was wonderful. He took alot of time with us, listened to our needs dealership today to get some information on the Sonata. Our salesmen, Will Doheny was wonderful. He took alot of time with us, listened to our needs and wants and was extremely knowledgeable about the car. He took us on a test drive and patiently taught us about all of the amazing features of this beautiful car. He actually took the time to take me to a parking lot for an additional test drive because of my nervousness due to the weather. All this without even knowing if he would get our sale. He was never pushy and made the entire buying process a pleasure. Will also programmed the car for us right down to our cell phones and garage door opener, he was wonderful! Ron Garguilo, the Sales Manager, introduced himself and helped us get to a figure along with Will that would work for us. There was no "Good Cop Bad Cop" strong arm tactics, instead there was honesty and transparency. We decided to finance a portion of our purchase and we then met with Brian Pataky, the Finance Manager. Once again, we were so impressed, Brian after running our credit,checked with several different institutions in order to get us the best rate. He was a pleasure to deal with and also answered all of our questions on the financing portion of our purchase. Up until today, buying a new car was right up there with getting a root canal. Buying our car today at Lester Glenn was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We drove out with our beautiful new 2011 Hyundai Sonata and most importantly we drove out feeling good about the experience. Thank you Lester Glenn for having employees like Will, Ron and Brian. More

I gave this rating because after talking with appox 8 other Hyundai dealerships on the int I just picked up my Santa Fe 6 Cyl AWD about a week ago. I gave this rating because after talking with appox 8 other Hyundai dealerships on the internet, phone and in person, this dealership was the most friendly, honest and best price out of all of them. My salesman Jimmy Connell was straight foward in his answers, no lies, no pressure and he added information that helped me understand the deal better. And even though I drove him crazy with questions about the deal and the functions of the car when I picked it up, he was right there with the answers and when he didn't know, he asked somebody else. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him. After setting things up with Jimmy I spoke to his manager Ron Garguilo. He was as helpful as Jimmy and made some commitments and stood beehind them when some little things had to be worked out. I was so impressed by both Jimmy and Ron's honesty especially after dealing with some really bad dealerships. After talking with Ron I spoke to the money man Mike Cagnano. Not only did Mike give me all the information I needed but he told us a different way to finance which saved us more money on our deal. It was well worth my hour trip to get to this dealership. The honesty and the non-pressure way they talk with you is a pleasure I didn't experience with a few other dealers. There were a few good dealers out there but in a way they couldn't match this deal and I'm kind of glad they didn't. BTW, their showroom and service areas are large and spotless. I spoke to some customers there who were getting service and they raved about the service department. They had coffee, donuts and TV in the waiting area and it was spotless too. I'm expecting that sevice will be as outstanding as the sales people were if it isn't I'll let you know. If you're looking to buy a Hyundai start with this dealership and talk to Jimmy and you might not need to go to another dealership. More
