Bob Reyes took care of us in a very friendly professional manner right from the very beginning when we started to look for a new car. It was between snow storms and he took his time trying to find us the right car. We went down the road to the another lot. My husband and I walked around with him through the snow to find our perfect car. It was getting so cold he told us to get back into the car and wait as he preceded to go on on with the search. We did find a few cars, so back we all went. After some time of checking this and that and asking us questions we found our dream car. We never felt rushed even though we were there for about 6 hours. We also had a visit from the sales manager Ed Martins who was pleasant and was ready to work with us. It all went so smooth that before we knew it we were driving home with our brand new car. I woke up during the night and opened the garage door to check if we really had our beautiful red car sitting there. Usually after dealing with a agency we always felt so stressed out. Before I left with my new car, Paul went through every part of the car with me and even set up my Bluetooth! I would strongly recommend working with Paul Vidal through Lester Glenn, because he was genuine, which is very rare among Sales Represenatives.
