I recently bought a 2011 Sonata 2.0 Turbo at Lester Glenn. I had a great experience at this dealership and Mr. Jack Lennon was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of the product. We were instantly made comfortable and there was never any high pressure tactics. I ended up with exactly the car I wanted at a very good price. The money they gave me for my trade in was extremely generous (a 2002 Sienna with 139,000 miles on it), and at the end to the experience they even found me a better finance deal then the 2.9% Hyundai Financial was offering. Overall I am very satisfied with my buying experience and would definitely return in the future. I would strongly suggest that you ask for Mr. Lennon by name when you visit this dealership. More

Friendly welcome. I first was introduced by Joe Flores on the internet sales and he directed to the Show Room in Toms River. He told me to contact Ed Martins, sales manager. However, when we arrived Ed was o the internet sales and he directed to the Show Room in Toms River. He told me to contact Ed Martins, sales manager. However, when we arrived Ed was on the phone and was greeted by Al Machado. Instead of saying wait until Ed was finished with his phone cqall, Al took the lead and developed a relationship with us and was very accommodating. He did not try to push to top of the line model, instead showed us and test drove what we asked for. We did purchase the Sonata Se even though we were going to buy the GLS, with no pressure from Al, instead he offered suggestions and direction. He is a very professional young man and I will recommend him to everyone I come in contact with. More
I had originally went in to purchase a new car. This was the easiest purchase I have ever made. From my first internet contact with Stacey and Ron, till I came to the dealership and met Sal and "personalized, friendly, and honest, they mean it! From my first internet contact with Stacey and Ron, till I came to the dealership and met Sal and Blaise, right up to putting the key in my new 2011 Elantra Touring SE, I was treated with respect, courtesy and an overall desire by everyone to "do whatever was necessary to satisfy me". I've shopped a lot of dealerships, bought a lot of cars and my experiences has run the gamut from "promises and no deliver" to "straight out lying", to "bait and switch tactics", "to high-pressure sales personel who are relentless and offensive", and once a dealer had a puppy brought in on a leash to "soften me up." I've seen the worst, now I believe I've seen the BEST!!! As I left the dealership, Sal Cuomo told me that "if I need anything I should call him"... unusual for a sales person AFTER the sale. I believe he will be true to his word. I love my new Hyundai Elantra Touring SE, the price was right, and perhaps more importantly, the dealership was right! I wish Lester Glenn Hyundai the very best of luck in their new location (very impressive from what Sal showed me.)
