Buying a new car, no matter how wonderful, is at best a bit daunting. From the moment we parked our car at the dealership, we were surprisingly and cordially greeted by both Dan Deuber and Josh Cavalieri, and it only got better. In a relaxed, inviting atmosphere, Dan spoke with us and then turned us over to the highly capable Josh. Although we were interested in the Subaru Forester and had done our homework, we did have unanswered questions. Josh was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and generous with his answers, never making us feel uncomfortable. On two occasions, he physically walked us through the car we would purchase that day, pointing out the many features. Both my husband and I felt at ease asking the most minutia of questions as Josh's patience and information never wavered. Our decision was a positive one and we did leave that day with a new car. I rated Lester Glenn Subaru dealership all 5’s due to several reasons. First has to be Mr. Dan Duebar one of the most professional pleasant sales managers in the country! Lester Glenn is known for its positive reputation for customer service and that is exactly what I received! I didn’t even get to the door and “Riggs” opened it for me with a smile and a good afternoon! Riggs as everyone calls him was my salesman. He was enthusiastic about his job and eager to tell me everything he could about Subaru and Lester Glenn. After serving for 20 years in the military and supervising many troops I have seen both good and bad supervisors/managers. I can say with 100% certainty that they have the right people in the right places. Dan treated everyone from the car detailer, to the salesman, and the finance manager with respect and positive energy. I have bought 10 new vehicles in the past 20 years and I have never bought at the same dealership twice. I always left feeling like just like a number on the board next to some sales competition. I left Lester Glenn knowing that I will be back, and I have never said that before. We currently have 3 Vehicle’s in our family and two more drivers’ coming of age soon. Lester Glenn Subaru had the Forester 2014 in the color I wanted. They did not pressure me to take out a loan and were willing to work on the numbers for both the trade in (a Toyota Corolla) and the sale pri wanted. Our experience was great. We first went there with intentions on only test driving and getting information about Subaru's and leasing and not buying a car right away. Jack and his manager John were very helpful. We returned about a month or so later to move forward with the lease and everything went super smooth and we left with a brand new Outback!
