Mike Crisanti was friendly and informative. Since I went through the Costco Auto Program which is the way to go, I did not have to negotiate a price. I recently purchased a new Subaru Forester from Lester Glenn Subaru. Despite the fact that I was in the process of transferring an out-of-state license, both the general sales manager and salesman (John Glenn Subaru. Despite the fact that I was in the process of transferring an out-of-state license, both the general sales manager and salesman (John Puglisi and Colt Tomlinson, respctively) were amazingly accomodating –– even when the out-of-state motor vehicle division computers were having problems. I have always hated the car-buying process –– kind of like a visit to a proctologist –– but this experience at Lester Glenn Subaru has changed my perception. My wife and I were treated with courtesy and respect, and the best part: we got a great deal on the Forester. While the process took a couple of hours due to the out-of-state computer glitch, we drove off in a wonderful new Subaru and a smile on our faces. I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat. I had been looking for a Forester with a manual transmission and Lester Glenn was the only one who had one in stock so i could test drive it. I drove around a bit with Mike and I enjoyed the car im transmission and Lester Glenn was the only one who had one in stock so i could test drive it. I drove around a bit with Mike and I enjoyed the car immensely, so afterwards I sat down with hin to see if we could find one somewhere with the accessories I wanted...To no avail, didn't even come close after talking with others at the dealership I was told I could order a 2013 and get the things I wanted on it.... I did and I couldn't be happier with it, it drives so well, and is so responsive and fun to drive. I would definitely recommend this Dealer and Mike in particular to anyone else who would like to purchase a Subaru. More
