A lot of the credit goes to the salesman, Mark Belotti, my first encounter was quite relaxing, I was looking for an inexpensive used car to fulfill a need for a "part time 2nd car", Mark explained that those cars are hard to find but he would keep his eyes peeled for a clean trade in that would pass the inspection that the dealership would deem a GOOD car to live up to Lester Glenn's standards. Mark had a couple of cars that came to his attention but he said there were issues, but the 3rd time was a charm. His honesty and concern with meeting my needs was refreshing. More

My Impreza (2008) was starting to become expensive to maintain, at 196,000 miles, so a new car became a priority. My father (the negotiator), and I, arrived at the lot at about 6:39 and by 6:42, Sal Gozzo was ready to hear my story. We looked around at the 2018 Subaru Forrester, which there was a wide selection of. Considering how picky I am, Sal asked all the right questions and grabbed the keys to the car I ended up buying. A small cruise down Route 37 and I was sold! The 2018 Forrester (base model) is gorgeous without all the additonal perks, like a sunroof, remote start, or heated seats. Sal helped me find the color I had anticipated getting, with all the right techy tools for my needs. In a matter of 30 minutes, I was looking at paperwork. With my father's help, I was able to get a really sweet discount thanks to the fair and practical management team as well. Once I had terms and payments for a financing agreement, Donato Jensen was able to get me a zero interest loan with reasonable payments. He was super fast, down to earth, precise and detailed about the finance contract, which made the experience less stressful than I thought it would be. Lester Glenn Subaru has a great team all around, and I highly recommend their services/products to anyone looking to buy a car! More

We agreed on a price and set an appointment to come down. When we arrived we were greeted by sales manager Ron Garguilo who introduced us to salesman Mark Bellotti who showed us the vehicle we wanted in the colors that were available we agreed on the color and proceeded with paper work and the price quoted was the price we paid, the finance process was smooth and easy thanks to Donato Jensen, and with the knowledge of the vehicle Jennifer Campanelli explained the features and how to use them.
