Best dealership I have ever visited I originally went to Lester glen to service my 2009 forester with 120,000 miles. I was going to wait in the clean and comfortable lounge. When it was brought to my attention by the service manager that the time needed to repair my vehicle was going to be longer than anticipated, the service manager and AnnMaie Napoli arranged for m to have a loaner car, at no charge, which I very much appreciated. The service manager further advised me the vehicle needed extensive work which meant a costly repair bill. I decided at that point I woul rather use that money and lease a new vehicle. I explained my situation to Ann Marie with whom I had previously leased 2 vehicles with and was extremely happy with the prior transactions. Ann Marie sat with me and explained options best suited for me, and before I knew it I was leaving with a new 2017 Forester and a smile on my face More
