Third Subaru from Lester Glen The end of March 2017 I decided to take advantage of Subaru's "Share the Love" event. I contacted the salesperson who sold me my last Subaru, Jay Jac The end of March 2017 I decided to take advantage of Subaru's "Share the Love" event. I contacted the salesperson who sold me my last Subaru, Jay Jackson and made an appointment to see what we could do. Jay has been with Lester Glenn for quite a while and is very knowledgeable and just a nice guy. Found the car I was looking for and made the deal, all of which I felt was fair. Donato, the business manager is another of the great employees at Lester Glenn. He sealed the deal and I walked a way with my new Outback a happy gal! After two weeks of ownership I met with Andrew Tomlinson who went over the car's features again to make sure that I understood them and gave me a WAWA gift card for the experience. Today we have two.... Lester Glenn Subaru has furnished two Subaru vehicles to our lifestyle. January 2016, my girlfriend Barbara, decided to upgrade her old Saturn Vu to Lester Glenn Subaru has furnished two Subaru vehicles to our lifestyle. January 2016, my girlfriend Barbara, decided to upgrade her old Saturn Vu to a newer vehicle. After much research, she decided on a Subaru Forrester. She had experience with both Lester Glenn Chevrolet and Buick but never Lester Glenn Subaru. She visited the dealership and dealt with salesman Drew Jensen. He treated her courteously and described the features, had her test drive the vehicle and explained leasing vs purchasing. She contacted me once by phone for my opinion. She was guided through the experience by Drew and others. She leased a new Forrester and drove to Bergen County, about 100 miles when leaving the dealership to meet me. After one year experience with this vehicle, Lester Glenn service department which we found them very on top of the vehicle maintenance, and with initiating communication on service matters. We were happy with them and the Subaru brand. I decided in December to upgrade my vehicle a 1994 Ford pickup truck. After considerable research, I was interested in the Subaru, Impreza 5 door, Premium Model. Following the Presidential election, I was following VP Mike Pence, former governor of Indiana. People talk buy American, well the Imprenza is manufactured in Lafayette, Indiana. I found this fact appealing, I could help Indiana's, Ocean County and the local Toms River economy, at one time. The model provided everything I was looking for emphasis on safety with its eyesight feature and the Subaru, STARLINK Safety Plus and Security Plus features. Again, Barbara and I went to Lester Glenn Subaru, we searched out Drew Jensen. He is a very competent salesman. Amazingly, he balances the needs of many customers at the same time. He obtained an Impreza from stock and we took a test drive on route-37. Barbara and I both drove the car, exchanging drivers and rear seat positions during the test. This car is so quiet, and roomy, an improvement on past models. I already had an idea on extras offered that I wanted on the car. One was an upgraded grill, Drew escorted me to the service area to see it on a customer's vehicle. Another, a first/good impression of the dealership. At 72 I have been in a lot of vehicle work areas. Lester Glenn Subaru employees take pride in the work areas, the place was spotless. Also, the showroom floor, service waiting area and the restrooms all were kept to the same high standard. After ordering the vehicle to my satisfaction, and agreeing on a price. A manager asked if they could locate the car for me. I am old school and requested the order be placed with the manufacturing plant and built for me. I was really in no hurry to obtain the car but did hope I would take possession after any threats of snow. It was good to know that the dealership would go out of the way to locate a built vehicle for me, that was made my specifications should time be of the essence. The car was ordered on February 27 and manufactured and delivered to the dealership on April 8. I took delivery on April 10th by my choice. I do not feel 6 weeks was a long time to wait for this new car. Lester Glenn Sabaru and Drew were very communitive with me on every step of the process. I feel I was treated very right in this transaction. I do not hesitate to recommend the dealership and will be doing business with them again when the Forrester lease expires. One feature of the dealership that I liked, all employees seem to work as a team. They enjoy their work and the positive interaction affects the product and buying experiance. I would also like to thank Ron, Andrew and my new best friend Donato who's contributions made it possible for this pleasant dealership experiance. After, some alone time with the car, I look foward to meeting with Andrew at our prescheduled time, to review the operation and features in this 2017 vehicle. More

I had a recall item for my daughter's Outback which Lester Glenn took care of immediately. A warm feeling resonates in daddy's heart once the car was fixed. While at store I cruised the new car office and wound up getting an awesome deal on a new Outback. Mark and his sales/finance team treated me like family (again) and my whole experience in having a car repaired and purchasing a new one could not have gone better.
