We met with Mark, laid out what we wanted (we had done our homework on price, options and trade in value) and Mark, Andrew and Donato gave us an extremely good offer. The Trade in value was what we expected. We never mentioned our price and Mark never pressed us. Rather they made us an offer and we went back and forth for about 10 minutes. The final price left us with a good feeling on our 2017 Forester. We also got the extended warrantee because we expect to his this vehicle for a while. Remember, we did our homework and had a 6 year satisfied relationship with Lester Glenn with our 2011 Subaru Forester. It was the first car buying experience that we had in which we weren't suspicious of the "deal making" process.
