2017 Subaru Crosstrek I came into Lester Glenn Subaru just to check out the car one night since I was in the area. Great experience I purchased a 2017 Forester. As i think with most buyers, i was a little apprehensive since i wasn't looking forward to all the pressured negotiating I purchased a 2017 Forester. As i think with most buyers, i was a little apprehensive since i wasn't looking forward to all the pressured negotiating. Happily, my experience could not have been further than it. It was truly a non-pressured experience. My salesperson, Ms. Ann Marie Napoli, could not have been more pleasant to deal with. Never once did i feel as if i was being pressured. I knew the car and model i wanted and never once did i hear that i should "also get" this option or that. After i agreed to purchase the vehicle i was taken to the finance person Dave Shinn. Again, there was no pressure. I was given the various package options and it was my decision which one to buy. Never did the he suggest i get a more expensive package. I would recommend Lester Glenn Subaru and Ms. Ann Marie Napoli to anyone thinking of buying a car. In fact, when i tell someone that i bought a new car or they ask me about it, i immediately tell them about the great experience i had purchasing it. More
