Dealership First off let me say that I did read the reviews that have been posted. Seems like the most complaints are with the Service dept. (more on that later) This is the second vehicle that I have purchased through Levittown Ford and both my buying experiences have been as good as I can expect with the latest (10/25/15) being the best. I walked in with my Fiancée to show her an auto I had seen on their web page and with no intention of purchasing an auto that day. I was approached by one of the salesmen, Vincent Visceglia and after he located the auto we took a look at it. It was a pre-owned Jeep and exactly what I wanted. After some dickering and bringing in the 2 cars I was trading in we were able to meet in the middle on the price. Could it have been cheaper or could I have gotten more on my trade-in's, probably yes if I was in Omaha or Montana but this is NY and I'm a realist. Long story short, my fiancée and I both liked Vincent and felt he was being sincere (I took into account that he, like myself is a Veteran and that's big points in my book). We did all the paperwork, got the deal and I drove home with it that day. I'm very pleased with the deal I got and especially the vehicle. If your looking for a car and happen to be a Vet, I'd suggest looking Vincent up when you get there. Now, the service dept....I bought a car there in 2012 and had the VIP service plan (which I didn't want or get this time). I went there once and like they say fool me once shame on you, etc. I had an appointment, was left waiting, had to walk home a couple of miles because even though they talk about a loaner or a shuttle they, IMO only exist in the salesmen's handbook. Even after I saw several cars with dealer plates sitting in the service dept lot. I was not happy and after that one visit never went back opting to have all servicing done with my trusted local mechanic. Can you buy an auto there and not get ripped off? Yes, if you do your homework, know what you want and stick to your guns. Like I said previously, this is NY and your going to pay NY prices. If you want to save a few bucks, go to Jersey. More

Then told I have to order 2 at 80$ each and cost approx, 400.00$ to install. I told them that was crazy expensive so order the part and Ill have a friend install them. They then told me good luck with that its a special wrench that only they have. Its the law to have your child in a car seat it should also be against the law to overcharge to have a seat belt repaired very unhappy More
