Pleasantly Surprised Well to begin, I recently (4 months ago) leased my first car from Levittown ford. Being that I've never owned a car nor driven in snow before I didn't Well to begin, I recently (4 months ago) leased my first car from Levittown ford. Being that I've never owned a car nor driven in snow before I didn't realize slightly bumping into some snow would damage my car.So I went to the service center without an appointment just see how much it was going to cost to fix it. The service guy was named Mike btw. So I was describing my issue and maybe I made it seem worse than it was because he thought I was going to have to go to a body shop. But, when he saw my car and the damage he got on the cold and wet ground to help me out. Apparently it was a real quick fix, hallelujah, and he didn't charge me to do it, amen. I was shocked that he went out of his way by getting on the floor to fix the bumper or whatever that part was, but he wasn't a sleezeball about it and try to charge me for "labor". I'm happy, so thanks. More

Helped me get exactly what I wanted! I was in the market looking for a preowned SUV. I had done some research online and it led my to Levittown Ford. They have an extensive selection of u I was in the market looking for a preowned SUV. I had done some research online and it led my to Levittown Ford. They have an extensive selection of used and certified preowned cars. It was easy to set up an appointment online to see a car i was interested in. Once there, my sales person (Adam) was extremely helpful. He got right to the point and got me test driving the car I was interested in right away. No wasting time which I appreciated. The first car wasnt for me, but he had several more that met my criteria right there and we found the right car (2013 Ford Escape ) with ease. When it came down to figuring out a deal, the guys at Levittown gave me a fair offer on my trade-in and had the best prices when compared to online prices from elsewhere on LI & NJ. In the end, i was in my new car the next day and am very satisified with the whole experience. Never once did I feel like i was getting hustled for nonsense extras or pressured. The dealership itself has great hours and is very clean. I will be recommending this place to anyone whos in the market for a good american made car. More
