The guys are all very friendly and willing to work with you to make sure you leave with a great deal I delt with Ian. Leasing a Ford Focus I was both surprised and impressed at the service I received in leasing a 2014 Ford Focus at Levittown Ford. Surprised because of the impressive sales personnel and impressed because of the manner in which I and my business were handled. The process was professionally managed from inception to completion with all questions and negotiations finalized to my satisfaction. To say that I never expected that to occur would be an understatement -- and not a small one. But I think, bottom line, the Ford sales person -- a young man named David Pinto -- made the difference. Knowledgeable, smart, and personable, David definitely was the "force" that caused me to decide that Levittown Ford was the car dealer I was going to deal with. Truth to tell, in general, the personnel at Levittown Ford are friendly and knowledgeable. As to the future, I am hopeful that service of my vehicle and lease will meet the standards that I have experienced in the leasing phase. More

We went back into the dealership to talk about prices and what my options were. He even gave me a great trade in value on my junker I was driving around and got my payments down to where I wanted them. Adam really knows how to take care of his customers, and anyone looking for a ford should go to him. More

Nope no never Drove past at least 3 closer to home Ford dealers to come here. I found a vehicle with the options I wanted on the Levittown Ford website for a good p Drove past at least 3 closer to home Ford dealers to come here. I found a vehicle with the options I wanted on the Levittown Ford website for a good price. Got there and had to take a 10 minute drive from the showroom to go see the actual vehicle. When we got there I realized that at least one of the options that I wanted, which was specifically mentioned in the online ad, was not in fact on this vehicle. I went back online on my phone, found the ad, all I got from the dealer was a shrug of the shoulders and a more expensive model suggested. Then when we sat down, he began by telling me that the online price included incentives which we are not eligible for. Apparently the price would be $1,000 higher to buy this vehicle because I do not already have a leased vehicle at home. What? At that point I got up and left. Would not buy from this dealership for any reason ever. More

Bumpy start but OK ending Let's get the negatives out of the way first. I found a 2008 Ford Edge online and scheduled a test drive. After the test drive I sat down with the salesman to discuss the "out-the-door" price. That's when the fees showed up to be added to the price shown on their Internet ad. An $800 penalty for paying cash plus another nearly $1100 for dealer prep and some other mysterious something-or-other. Incidentally, the "dealer prep" managed to overlook a hood release cable hanging on the floor, inoperative backup lights, a power steering hose leak and out-of-balance tires. On the positive side, the salesman was friendly and fairly knowledgeable, the sales manager was accommodating in negotiating a price for the vehicle and arranging for the necessary repairs. The service department took care of the repairs and provided a loaner car. They also provided me with a second remote/key at no charge. The only negative here was that they should have balanced all 4 tires, not just the fronts. Its unfortunate that they have to publish "teaser" prices to get customers into the showroom. I'm a little bit wiser now and I would do business with them again. More
