Best Car Buying Experience Ever This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. There was no pressure to buy and the staff was friendly and polite. I was able to test drive several different cars without having to wait, unlike at other dealerships I have been too. They were able to answer all my questions related to the vehicle as well as the loan process. The finance department was fast and was able to get me a better apr than my current bank. After test driving my SUV, we set up an appointment for me to come back to pick it so they could have time to completely detail the car as well as check it over one last time for any mechanical problems. When I came back I experienced the same friendly service as my first time. Nick and Ryan both took the time to explain how to use some of the options that came with my SUV that I was not familiar with. There was no haggling over the price as the price I was given was very fair for the vehicle I purchased. Eric, the manager, over saw my purchase made sure everything was in place to insure a smooth transaction. He is a very sociable, hands on manager that doesn't try to over shine his employees. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. More

Wanted to trade in my Yukon XL for a reliable SUV, just not as big, with better gas mileage. Came into this dealership and met with salesperson Bobby Kennedy. Great customer service from the beginning, no games, no surprises- just patient professionalism throughout. Bobby came back with a fair price for my Yukon and got me a very solid deal on a 2012 Ford Edge- took the extra time to make me comfortable with the process at every turn. They clearly took a lot of time prepping this slightly used car to make it look mint when I picked it up. When it was time to pick up the car, Ryan Maddaleno literally sat in the new vehicle for about 40 minutes with my wife, patiently explaining all aspects of the vehicle and really seemed to enjoy doing it. Very patient and very nice. Finally, Eduard Kava in financing was a pleasure to deal with in financing- got me a good rate and solid bank - professional throughout. Overall, a five star experience at this dealership - would recommend them in a heartbeat. More
