There additonal fees of 795 prep and 296 DMV filing fees are simply outrageous. Avoid this place like the plague. My 3rd and last visit to this dealership. Performed a no-charge NYS annual vehicle inspection and a recall review. We arrived after the 7 pm closing on a bitterly cold, snowy Thursday night. The reason why I wrote this rating is that we are so happy with Michele Wynne. First I would like to say that we are a family with 5 Ford products. As you can imagine with 5 vehicles, we are often in th happy with Michele Wynne. First I would like to say that we are a family with 5 Ford products. As you can imagine with 5 vehicles, we are often in the service center getting oil changes etc. We originally went to Hassett Ford to have the vehicles serviced. The primary reason we went there was because of an extraordinary service representative by the name of Ms. Michele Wynne. However, because the "extremely dangerous conditions" trying to get into the service entrance on Sunrise Highway, we decided to try Levittown Ford. Our greatest lament was leaving Michele. Everything went well, but we did miss Michele because of her caring disposition. After all, she knew our family, our vehicles and the way we liked things done. Imagine our surprise, when we found out that Michele had joined the team at Levittown Ford as an Assistant Service Manager. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. She will actually take the time to listen about your service issues and recommend what actions to follow for the future well being of your vehicle. By the way, when you are talking to Michele, you are setting at her desk, not standing and yelling across a counter where you have to make an instantaneous decision. Very Professional ! She will even handle your rebates for you if your computer skills are not up to par. There is also something else about her. She follows up on your car and keeps you updated on serious matters. She even introduced us to the mechanic who would be working on the car. The greatest part about dealing with Michele is that I can leave a vehicle and not have to worry about it. She will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. I recommend that anyone having their car serviced make an appointment with Michele. It truly will be a pleasurable experience. P. Coming from just recently having a car accident and having my car totaled, and after visiting many other dealships, the expirience at Levittown Ford and with Ryan have been absolutly outstanding. Ryan made sure he answered all of my questions and concerns. What I loved the most about Ryan was that he never sounded like a salesman robot to me like all those other dealers I dealt with. On Thursday 2/13/14, After another big snow storm in Long Island, NY; I took my Ford Expedition for a ride to Queens, NY. Everything was going fine 'till I started having problems with the gear/shifting: It Island, NY; I took my Ford Expedition for a ride to Queens, NY. Everything was going fine 'till I started having problems with the gear/shifting: It got jammed and I could not put the car into park or reverse. I promptly called Levittown Ford and was given instructions on how to park the car by putting it on neutral. I was told I could bring the car in for a test right away. @ 1 hour later I brought the car into service and Sean promptly greeted me and my wife and took the car in for a test/check. I was informed that built up ice on the linkage transmission has caused the shifting issues. Overall, between the first time I called costumer service till the moment my car was serviced (the ice issue was promptly diagnosed and resolved :); it took @1 hour 1/2 in waiting while having coffee, tea and some nice fruits and snacks to fill our stomachs, on the house; and this is counting the inspection that was due and was brought up to our attention by Sean, who got it done for us right away. If Sean had not said anything about the inspection, I would have not noticed it and could've got a ticket for expired inspection. We were very happy with how little time it took to have the car ready for the road again. My experience with Levittown Ford represented by Vinnie and Dan exceeded all my expectations. We had a friend who recommended we stop in and ask for Vinnie and we did. From that first encounter to when I and Dan exceeded all my expectations. We had a friend who recommended we stop in and ask for Vinnie and we did. From that first encounter to when I drove my new car out of the dealership the following Friday, I was impressed with the level of customer service, knowledge, respect for the customer and their desires. Vinnie introduced us to Dan who would be our salesman and immediately Dan listened to what I was looking for and what I was looking to spend. The listening part that I mentioned is an important factor in my book as frequently I have found salesman tend to do quite of bit of talking and less listening. Dan paid attention and when he reviewed the Ford Explorers in the computer he selected several in the colors I was considering with the options I felt were important and all the while he was mindful of the budget. I was offered a road test, shown the car that I was impressed with and Dan not only told me what great options this vehicle had but what it did not. He did not try to conceal any important details and I was impressed with that kind of integrity. Dan took care of all the paperwork with ease, car insurance, registrations etc. On the day scheduled to pick up the car he was welcoming, prepared and once again I felt we were in good hands. Dan took time reviewing all the features in the car, uploaded my contact list from my phone and made sure I was fully comfortable with the sync system and all aspects of the operation of the vehicle. Vinnie who is the sales manager, selected the right salesman for me and Vinnie made sure at every step of the way that we were happy with our encounter. My compliments to both these gentlemen and we would certainly recommend them both to friends and family. More
