I had the best experience with Levittown Ford and the staff. We were searching for a Ford Edge. We were given a great deal for a 2013 Ford Edge SEL. We were recommended to speak to Eric Rivera. He was professional, accommodating, personable and responded to any emails or calls in a timely manner. We received the white glove treatment. When we decided to move forward with the deal Eric paired us up with Fernando Barreiro. The first time we met Fernando we felt like we had dealt with him all along. Fernando was very professional, offered personable service and was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. He answered all our questions. The test drive was a great time. My daughter Dakota made Fernando laugh. Fernando listened to Dakota when she had any questions. That was important to have a kid friendly staff. The night we picked up the car it was such a fantastic welcome and experience. The paperwork was all ready, Ed the finance manager walked us through the signing. When we were done we went with Fernando to see the car and he spent the time with us going through all the features the car has to offer. I would absolutely hands down recommend Levittown Ford, Eric Rivera, Fernando Barreiro and Eduard Kava to all friends and family. They were fantastic and made the experience so spectacular.
