Although they don't offer loaner cars, I hope they consider changing this policy for cases where overnight stays are necessary. Nevertheless, I was pleased with their same-day service. Lewisville VW provides a shuttle service to drop customers off at work while their car is being serviced. I highly recommend them for any VW needs. More
