Additionally, I noticed that my tire rotation, which I had paid for, was initially overlooked, and I had to remind the team to complete it. Despite these issues, Liam stepped in with professionalism and dedication, ensuring my concerns were addressed and that I received the best possible support. I truly appreciate Liam’s assistance and problem-solving approach. His commitment made a challenging experience much more manageable. Liam, thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
