This is our second time to the service center. They gave a wrong tag for our car, ending up we waited there for around four hours (1-4 pm) to get oil changed. In between, I checked twice and was told the car was in process, but actually not. In addition, they said they would send me the receipt, but it has been several days and I still have not received the receipt. By the way, the first time service for our car went well. More
I've been a loyal VW customer for several years. My family has purchased 6 VWs from LV VW. They have supported my family by sponsoring our fundraiser golf tournament in memory of our son. However, this time was disconcerting. My wife's convertible classic beetle has continually had problems with the easily stained seats. They have been cleaned numerous times. Stains appear simply by sweat and/or water. They never fully become clean after re-applying the Dupont treatment. The other thing is this time there were repairs that took a full week to do due to ordering of parts and because the check engine light was on and they said they couldn't return it to us while we waited for the part. They said they don't do loner cars. Meanwhile, my brother and sister in law both have their cars in the shop and both got loners from two different dealerships. Why is it so hard to give a loner? You have given us them before. We went a week with one car. My wife works in Argyle and I work in Garland. It was more than inconvenient having to bring her to work or arrange rides simply because y'all are "backed up" and don't do loners. How do you treat a loyal customer like this? I love the people there and the way we are usually treated, but this time was less than reasonable. More

I was quickly greeted upon arrival, and used their porter service to get home and back to the dealership once my vehicle was ready. their customers.
